Activity Review - 創意反轉再反轉：經典故事我來寫 |

Our young members are full of great ideas! At Ellen Leou's Make You Own Picture Book Workshop, 12 participants displayed their talents after two 2-hour sessions. Using her own book as an example, Ms. Leou (author of Lulu the Hong Kong Cat) showed the children how she came up with the initial concept for her story, chose her character(s) and setting and decided the problem facing her main character and how she would find a solution. |

We use our voices everyday continuously without giving it much thought. We barely consider how a trained storytelling voice would help us to communicate better. Pauline Young, communication specialist and author of "Socks Heaven", helped 13 participants at Your Storytelling Voice Workshop on 22 August 2013 to improve the quality of their voices. |
