Sam had a super selection of socks and he wore a very nice pair each day. But one day some had gone missing and he was really sad. Where could they be? Join Sam on a fantasy journey to find his lost socks in Pauline Young's delightful and imaginative mystery Socks Heaven about the experience of 'lost and found'.
Pauline Young will read the story and lead the children on a fun journey of discovery with games, songs and arts and craft activities using socks.
About the Author:
Pauline Young is an avid storyteller who enjoys telling stories to adults and children alike. She started reading and telling animated stories to her two sons when they were 6 months old. She wrote Socks Heaven in order to teach them a variety of basic concepts through fun stories rather than by rote. When her boys began to read on their own, she brought her ever-growing passion for picture books to volunteer reading at public libraries.
