Come and Meet Eliza Teoh at Hong Kong Book Fair 2012 (19/07/2012)
Inspired by the antics of her own daughters, Eliza Teoh created Ellie Belly as a means to capture the hilarious moments that she has shared with them. The series is about a bright and mischievous 7-year-old girl who could communicate with animals.
Come and meet Eliza Teoh on 19 July 2012. She will share with the audience the background of the series, do a reading, play some games and deliver prizes there.
About the Author:
A Singapore Press Holdings scholar, Eliza Teoh was a journalist and sub-editor at The Straits Times. She is currently an editorial and strategic marketing consultant at Dotted Line Consultancy. Ellie Belly: Follow that Bird! is her first children's book. Aside from entertaining her young readers and nurturing in them a love for animals, she also hopes to encourage the use of good English and inculcate learning in a fun way.
