Come and Meet the Best-selling Author – Holly Webb (22/07/2012)
During the Hong Kong Book Fair, Blooming Club in collaboration with the British Council proudly presents Holly Webb, one of UK’s bestselling children’s authors at our storytelling event at our home base in Olympian City. Holly will be reading from her Animal Stories, in particular, the popular Alone in the Night, with also other interactive activities. Children aged 7 to 11 and their guardians are welcome to attend.
Holly is one of the featured writers for the Hong Kong Book Fair 2012
About the Author:
Holly Webb started writing by accident when she was working as an editor at a children's publisher. Her first book was mostly written sitting on train floors. Since then she has written over sixty children's books, including the bestselling Lost in the Snow, the Rose books, as well as The Clever Little Kitten, which was a World Book Day title for 2012. She lives in Reading, with her husband and three children, and one very spoilt cat.
