It was so good to have the chance to meet our members at our Sharing Session on Sat 6 April. Our Blooming Club advisor, Mrs. Judy Luk and Project Manager, Christa Tam spoke from their experience of raising their children to be readers. Both stressed the importance of providing the right environment for children to be exposed to books at a young age so that they can build their reading habit. It is never too early to read to you child and never too late to start if your child is not a reader yet. You do your part to help your child gain the confidence in reading in English and we are here to support you with our selection of great reads and the events we line up for you. Remember to read to them everyday for at least 10 – 15 minutes! Bonding is the key! Happy reading!
